Adult Programs

Overview

Since 1990 the School District has offered Community & Continuing Education programs that evolve to meet the learning needs and interests of adults in the Cariboo Chilcotin.

Educational areas include:

• High School Completion
• Literacy Foundations
• English Language Services for Adults
• Vocational Certificates and Diplomas

Today, with more than 500 registrations annually, School District No. 27 offers courses for adults in the Cariboo Chilcotin and throughout the Province via a Distance Education Program. Overall, the program supports the educational needs of a variety of learners including new immigrants, the employed, unemployed, underemployed, seniors, youth and those simply interested in learning something new.
