Transition is Always the Goal

Skyline Alternate School is a specific intensive intervention program with the ultimate goal to prepare vulnerable youth for a successful return to traditional school with appropriate supports in place. This includes ongoing collaboration with families, educators, and community agencies to ensure each student has the tools and stability to sustain their progress. In the student’s support plans, transition is always one of the goals to work towards, review and accomplish during the youth’s time at Skyline Alternate School.
