Horse Lake Elementary
On Friday, October 23, two of Horse Lake Elementary School's Educational Assistants attended the Provincial School Outreach (PSO) 1st Annual EA Conference. Ms. Cheryl Conway and Mrs. Jodie Sankey gained practical, evidence-based strategies to support student success and enhance inclusive learning environments.
Horse Lake Elementary has also had the privilege of working with Nicola McCorquodale, a Behaviour Analyst with PSO, who has collaborated with staff to develop supports and strategies for our school. Access to specialized services and professional learning opportunities through PSO helps strengthen our instructional capacity and enhances our ability to meet the diverse needs of students in our rural school community.
We are grateful for the ongoing support provided by PSO and the positive impact these partnerships have on student learning and well-being.
