Quebec Winter Carnival 2026

To honor and celebrate Quebecois culture symbolized through the Quebec Winter Carnival and led by Ms. Nathalie Bertrand, students and staff at Cataline were treated with traditional French crepes, loaded with various toppings and of course, Quebec maple syrup. Much like the annual Quebec snow festival itself, this wonderfully delicious French treat helped warm up our hearts on a cold winter day. Surrounded by French culture and language, our students embraced the event with smiles and a fully tummy!
