No Hands, No Problem! Saving Fred!

Our Grade 4/5 students were busy putting their problem-solving skills to the test with a fun STEM challenge called "Saving Fred!"

Poor Fred the Worm found himself in a tricky situation! Students had to work together to figure out how to get Fred safely into his life jacket using only the materials provided and without touching anything with their hands!

This activity was a great opportunity for students to practice teamwork, communication, creative thinking, and perseverance. There was lots of problem-solving, a little trial and error, and some great learning along the way!

What a fun way to remind ourselves that sometimes the best learning happens when we work together, try new ideas, and don't give up!
