Leadership Conference

Mr. Routtu attended a leadership conference for new principals, vice-principals, and district principals. This conference provided an opportunity to connect with other educational leaders from across the province while learning about leadership roles in education. Topics included fostering inclusion in schools, building strong relationships, bridging policy and daily practice, understanding fiduciary responsibility, and developing the capacity of both self and others.
