It Takes a Village!

The children and caregivers attending the Horsefly StrongStart have worked all year on a collaborative project, building a chip board village. The project began when sheets of a chip board village were purchased and families were challenged to add color to the pieces. Over the course of the year piece by piece when time away from classroom exploration was captured the pieces were decorated. The collaborative project is now set up in the classroom as a beautiful invitation to play for everyone to admire and enjoy together.
