Chilcotin Road Elementary
Today, the students of Chilcotin Road Elementary proudly participated in the annual Terry Fox Run, demonstrating our collective responsibility to keep Terry’s dream alive. More than just a run, this event was an opportunity for students to come together in support of hope, perseverance, and the ongoing fight against cancer.
What made today especially meaningful was that several students chose to run in honour of someone special in their lives. Whether it was a family member, friend, or loved one affected by cancer, their participation served as a powerful reminder of the personal connections many of us share with Terry Fox’s mission.
As a school community, we are proud to continue Terry’s legacy by supporting one another, showing compassion, and working together toward a future free from cancer. Every step taken today reflected the strength of our collective spirit and our commitment to keeping Terry’s dream alive for generations to come.
