Community Youth Connections

Community Youth Connections (Carol Doherty) focuses on supporting vulnerable youth through a collaborative, wraparound model. The program identifies students at risk of challenges, such as disconnection at school, behavioural issues, mental health concerns, substance use, and involvement with justice system. Carol works closely with families, schools and local agencies to build a sense of belonging, strengthen resilience, and help (transition) re-engage youth with education. Ultimately, Carol and Community Youth Connections strengthens both individual outcomes and the community outcomes by fostering safe, supportive, and empowering environments for our vulnerable youth.
