Bannock Dogs and Soapberry Ice Cream

Grandma Joyce came to the school to share her cooking. Students were treated with bannock dogs and also learned about soapberry ice cream. They learned what the berries look and taste like, how they are harvested, and what the berries are used for. The students got to see the process on making the ice cream and witnessed how the berries foam up before sampling the product.
