Thoughtful Thursdays

With the support of Mrs. Ohlhauser, our Cataline School community starts each Thursday morning in a good way. Thoughtful Thursdays provides a soft and welcoming start to the day, as students and staff participate in mindfulness activities, from breathing to stretching. This presents a wonderfully calm feel to the building, while providing both staff and students tools for supporting social-emotional learning and self-care.
