September Brings Salmon and Drumming

Students learned how to fillet, brine, and smoke salmon with the help of Indigenous Support Workers, Karen D. and Karen G.
Others spent a few days making drums in their band class and French Immersion Art class. These are small ways we can work towards Truth and Reconciliation- bringing knowledge and culture into our schools.
