Mentorship In the Wild - Holding Steady for Others

Part 2 of the leadership development series with author, educator, and adventurer Court Rustemeyer was held on October 14. This session, titled Holding Steady for Others, helped participants explore what people experience from their leadership on hard days, and how to hold steady so the ownership stays with those being supported.

Before the next session, participants have been challenged to practice a set of response steps for when things are challenging for a person they are supporting. This series is building leadership capacity across our system, not only for outdoor learning but also in support of the work taking place in all areas of system improvement.
