Literacy Learning

As part of our School Plan focus on improving reading achievement, the Big Lake teaching team spent the September Pro-D Day deepening our literacy knowledge and planning for the implementation of both UFLI and the Six-Minute Solution. Through collaborative learning, discussion, and intentional planning - teachers explored evidence-based practices that support foundational reading skills, fluency, and student success. This work reflects our shared commitment to strengthening literacy instruction and helping every student grow as a confident, capable reader.
