Learning in the Park

During District Day, staff had the opportunity to learn about different activities and resources to embed Indigenous culture in the experience of learners in our school. Activities included making soapberry ice cream, smudging, beading, Lahal, learning about the district resource center’s Indigenous resources, Horse Lake Farms presentation, and learning about the Northern Secwépmec Cultural Centre offerings.
