On the afternoon of September 8, 2026, staff from five schools and the Student Support Services team came together at Cataline School for an incredible learning opportunity.
We began the afternoon gathered in one large circle on the field for a welcome circle and the Honour Song, setting the stage for a day of connection, reflection, and learning. Participants had the opportunity to engage in a variety of cultural experiences, including hoop dancing, drumming, Lahal, beading, and creating medicine bags.
A special thank you to Mr. Benvin for organizing our Knowledge Keepers and making this meaningful experience possible. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, build relationships, and deepen our understanding before welcoming students back for the new school year.
