If you need help with Information Technology required by your child’s teacher, please contact Helpdesk and you request will be dealt with in a timely manner. Items for assistance include Usernames and Passwords, MyEducation BC, Office 365, Moodle, Fresh Grade Teams, Skype, WebEx, Mathletics, Raz Kids, IXL, or basic computer troubleshooting tips on your computer. Based upon the request we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction, but you will be provided the best answer/response we can supply, and you will get a response from the individual with the most knowledge on the subject.
