"We sing this song to honour all the women - grandmas, aunties, and sisters who play an important and positive role in our lives or who have passed on. It is my pleasure to teach and talk about the importance of the Women's Warrior Song. Participants are asked to stand up and take off hats/caps when singing this song as a sign of respect."
