Career Development Overview

“Career Development is one of the three goals of education from kindergarten to grade 12.”

School District No. 27 (Cariboo-Chilcotin) offers a wide range of programs and resources in Career Education designed to prepare students in attaining their career and occupational objectives.  This involves:

  • Assisting them in the development of effective work habits
  • Providing them with the flexibility to deal with change in the workplace

Through partnerships with employers, post secondary institutions, and community organizations, the District is able to create a variety of learning opportunities. The career programs learning opportunities available are:
