When does the Board of Education meet?
The Board of Education meets as a board monthly, normally at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Tuesday of each month. An opportunity is provided for members of the public to address the Board regarding items on the agenda. Public may also register as a delegation to present to the Board. Contact the Secretary Treasurer’s Office (firstname.lastname@example.org or 250-398-3833) for more information. Meetings are normally held at the School Administration Office.

What about Committees of the Board?
Standing committees of the Board also meet once a month. These meetings are open to the public to attend, unless confidential items are predetermined, in which case, all public will be excused. Participation is limited to appointed Trustees and invited District Staff.
Meetings are normally held at the School Administration Office.
